Create an account

To create an account, go to https://test-for-coronavirus.service.gov.uk/register-kit

• Choose "Myself"

• Choose "Sign in or create account"

• Enter your email address

• Create a password

• Wait for the email to arrive, then use the email link to confirm your email address

• Click "I have confirmed my email address"

• Enter your mobile number

• Enter the code that is sent to you via text.

• Agree to the data statement

• That's it. We will use the account to speed up your registration process

To register for the test, you will need to know these pieces of information:

• Your full name

• Your date of birth

• An email address that you can check via your mobile phone (if possible)

• Your mobile phone number

• Your full address

• Your NHS number (if possible)
