Year 7 Physical Education

  • Show a competent level of skill within isolated practises and game situations, performing with increased confidence, control and fluency, showing a good level of knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the activity.
  • Show a good level of fitness within the activity and self-motivates during individual activities and is beginning to support others in game situations.
  • Communicate with others to offer ideas, tactics and suggestions and explain decisions made.
  • Evaluate personal strengths and weaknesses and begin to offer suggestions to help support others.
  • Personally organise their sessions and conduct their own warm up and lead a small group in a skill practise drill.
  • Can identify some muscles being used (Bicep, Triceps, Hamstring and Quadriceps.)
