Are you worried about how you are feeling?

Your mental health is as important as your physical health. If you have noticed a change in your behaviour or are worried about how you are feeling, the links below may help.

Kooth ( Kooth is a fantastic website which aims to support you with stress, anxiety, depression or any other aspect of mental health. You will be required to create an account, but once you have, you'll be able to access live support as well as discussion boards.

Young Minds ( Young Minds are a charity whose aim is to provide mental health support to young people. There are a range of strategies which may help you deal with the uncertainty of not being in school, as well as the pressure which completing work from home ma bring.

Childline ( Childline is a free, private and confidential service that you can access online and on the phone. They can provide help and support for people up to their 19th birthday.

CEOP ( CEOP help children and young people stay safe online. If anybody acts inappropriately towards you or another young person online (such as sexual chat, or being asked to do something that makes you feel uncomfortable); you can report it here.
